We always try to save customer data to the best of our affordability. But due to market conditions and the expansion of bills we have reduced the expired backup retention time period. For shared hosting, reseller hosting & WordPress hosting it has been reduced from 365 days to 120 days. For VPS, Semi-VPS, Semi-Dedicated Servers & Dedicated servers it has been reduced from 90 days to 30 days. According to our new policies, we will not be able to provide renewal with backups after due dates.
